Rooms are spacious and the location is convenient for accessing NYC. Breakfast could use more variety. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

During our recent stay, we chose this hotel for its close proximity to MetLife Stadium as we were attending a concert there. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our check-in and check-out process easy. We also appreciated the comfortable pillows and the variety of fresh breakfast options available. While the hotel itself may need some updating, the convenient location and pleasant staff made our stay enjoyable.

The stay here was very very good for a visit to NYC. Brand-new room with a view, helpful staff — everything was fine. The food for breakfast was good, we got cereals, hot waffles, coffee, breads and pastries.

Views were pretty bad.

The room was great, able to fit the whole fam without feeling cramped, and the quick trip to Times Square on the bus was a breeze, with a stop right outside. Pedro at the front desk was a gem, super friendly and helpful, showing us how good customer service should be. The only downside was a slight need for some extra cleaning in the hotel, but nothing major - 🧹.

Stayed at a hotel with cool gadgets and fun activities nearby. Ate a big breakfast each day and had a comfy room. Went to an awesome museum and cheered on the local sports teams. The staff were nice and the hotel was safe. A quick drive to cool places. Had a good time and would recommend it for work or play. Bonus: I managed to fit in a workout in the hotel gym!

We hopped on a bus to hit up a super cool football game and then checked out an awesome theme park nearby. The hotel's location made it so easy to get around, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great stay in the NYC area. Hotel may look a little old from the outside, but inside it's really nice. Everything from check-in to check-out was great. Rooms are spacious, WiFi worked great and breakfast was good. the location is key, with easy access to NJ Transit bus that takes you straight into NYC. And there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, with no parking in front of the hotel and a lot of potholes in the nearby lot. the air conditioning in our room didn't work and there was a leak in the shower.
